Jason is a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina. His practice is focused primarily on debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy, financial workouts, and domestic litigation. Jason has worked for United States Bankruptcy Judge John E. Waites, a Debtor’s Chapter 11 Bankruptcy firm, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee, Randy A. Skinner.
Jason currently serves on the board of directors for the Simpsonville Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyers Association, and Life in Abundance (a Christian Counseling Center).
In his spare time Jason enjoys fishing, golfing, football, soccer, and Gamecock athletics. Jason enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Eileen, and his two sons, Edin and Milo.
After law school, Jason began as an associate attorney at Skinner Law Firm, LLC. While at Skinner Law Firm, Jason was able to cultivate and refine his legal skills along side Chapter 7 Trustee, Randy A. Skinner. Jason gained valuable experience in all aspects of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor litigation as he represented many debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 Trustee, Randy A. Skinner in a multitude of bankruptcy proceedings. Jason also has a wealth of experience in negotiating contracts and settlement agreements.
